Shipment tracking and operations platform for a Pakistani courier, built from scratch: admin, merchant and rider apps. COD from day one, city-to-city zone pricing, local SMS, bulk and single booking, rider PWA for budget Android phones.
Multi-provider LLM platform that generates and live-previews websites via SSE streaming, then deploys them to {slug}.volnyn.app subdomains. Freemium quotas, tiered plans, Gemini/OpenAI routing by tier.
Turns messy WhatsApp order messages from shopkeepers into validated courier bookings: AI extraction, validation, booking, then tracking and labels. Multi-tenant, merchants bring their own courier API keys (Leopards first).
Domain migration, malware recovery (PHP backdoors, .htaccess phishing redirects), hardening, and ongoing website and social management for a Dubai real estate brand.
Ad-free expense splitter with groups, live shared balances and unequal splits (exact, percentage, shares).
Production pipeline for AI-generated social series with recurring characters: keyframes, 10-second video shots, stitching, and reusable JSON scripting templates.
